Paul holds both licenses that make EOC possible — NM Qualifying Broker #17203 (active since 2006) and GB-98 General Building Contractor #353981 (active since 2007). He built Earth Origins over 20+ years in Albuquerque before integrating it into the Empowerment Engineering ecosystem. Every property EOC acquires, builds, or sells flows through Paul's licenses.

Earth Origins is the only entity in the EE ecosystem that can acquire, build, and sell property without a single outside vendor.
